Ram Ahluwalia


Ram is the CEO and Co-Founder of PeerIQ. Previously, Ram was the CIO of Winged Foot Capital an investment advisor responsible for managing alternatives investments in structured credit including ABS, RMBS, CLO, and TARP debt.

Previously, Ram was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch and member of the Cards & Deposits executive management team responsible for investment decisioning a $120Bn credit portfolio. Prior to this role, Ram was a Vice President at the Merrill Lynch Global Bank Group.

Ram received a B.A. in Economics-Philosophy from Columbia University and is a CFA charterholder.

Kevin Reed


Kevin leads the operations function at PeerIQ, focusing on business-building initiatives and other special projects across the company. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Kevin was a venture partner at Antera Asset Management, where he focused on thesis development, new fundraising efforts, and supporting 30+ seed stage portfolio companies scale and form international strategic partnerships.

Kevin began his career as an intellectual property trial lawyer at Keker & Van Nest LLP and worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He left McKinsey to lead the investment advisory practice at Cleantech Group, where he counseled corporate venture and innovation groups on investments and value capture across the new energy landscape.

Kevin earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was Senior Editor for the Yale Law Journal. He graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University, with a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy.

Len Langsdorf


Len leads the technology team at PeerIQ, marshaling the delivery of our innovative products. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Len headed S&P Capital IQ’s Innovation Lab, where he acted as an internal entrepreneur for the business, helping to mold and foster amazing ideas, people and concepts into industry-changing products. Before the Innovation Lab, he held senior roles leading the development of global data solutions and fixed income valuation services at S&P. He has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry and devotes his free time to education and encouragement of children to have careers in STEM through First Robotics competitions.

Len received a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Villanova University.

Kevin Walsh

Chief Commercial Officer

An executive with 20 years experience in consumer credit risk analytics, Kevin serves as PeerIQ’s Chief Commercial Officer, where he is responsible for new revenue generation, forging strategic partnerships, and managing our sales, marketing, and client delivery teams. Prior to PeerIQ, Kevin ran direct to consumer mortgage lending for Ocwen Financial, where he led $3B in annual production, in addition to marketing, analytics, partnerships, and strategy. Kevin began his career in analytical consulting at Inductis and Opera Solutions, where he delivered engagements in underwriting, pricing, marketing, and fraud management in consumer and small business credit. He also served as SVP, Credit and Marketing Analytics at Advanta Bank Corp.

Kevin received his PhD in Physics at Yale University, where conducted laser-based, flame research funded by NASA. He also has a BS in Applied Physics from Cornell University.

Ashish Dole

Head of Research

Ashish leads the research effort at PeerIQ, setting the course of our core programme, overseeing asset execution, supporting credit and valuation modeling, and otherwise generating actionable insights for clients from PeerIQ datasets and other resources.

Prior to joining PeerIQ, Ashish was a buy-side trader and strategist focused on RMBS, ABS and CLO debt. He has traded US and European Structured Products, along with liquid instruments in the fixed income and equity spaces. Ashish also has a strong background in risk management from his work as a Fixed Income Risk Manager at Morgan Stanley.

Ashish has Masters in Financial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (University of Mumbai). Ashish got his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.

In his spare time, Ashish enjoys running, following cricket and basketball, and searching for the perfect cup of coffee.

Brian Roncoroni

Director, Sales

Brian leads sales efforts for the PeerIQ Analytics platform. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Brian was a Strategic Account Executive at CoreLogic overseeing relationships with top mortgage investors focused on Non-Agency RMBS, Non-Performing Loans and spearheaded the firm’s sales efforts within the burgeoning Single Family Rental market. His structured products experience also includes time spent at both Sungard and FactSet (f/k/a Derivative Solutions).

Prior to that, Brian held institutional sales positions with Salomon Brothers and Franklin Templeton.

Brian received a BS in Finance from Villanova University.

Nick Andreadis

Director, Data Engineering

Nick heads up PeerIQ’s data engineering activities: leading PeerIQ platform integrations with both originators and clients, optimizing internal/external data processes, and coding new tools and automations. Before joining PeerIQ, Nick worked in a variety of process and technology-oriented roles within the financial services industry. Most recently, Nick worked at Synchrony Financial (formerly GE Retail Finance) where he led the technical design and implementation of treasury management and risk analytics systems. He also spent time on the Securitization team at Synchrony prior to the IPO, analyzing trust performance and building automated reporting applications.

Nick received his B.S. with Honors from Binghamton University’s Watson School of Engineering and enjoys traveling.

Jason Harris

Director, Client Delivery

As a Director of Client Delivery, Jason partners with our clients to ensure their success. He manages new onboardings and data integrations, conducts product demos and trainings, and communicates client and sector feedback to our product teams. Prior to PeerIQ, Jason worked at Amherst Pierpont, where he structured and traded agency RMBS. In addition, he worked with credit union clients on portfolio and risk management engagements, advised clients illiquid MBS pricing, and led the build of a risk management system to monitor risk across all inventory and reverse repo positions. Jason began his career in investment banking at Jefferies, where he advised financial institutions and asset managers.

Jason received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern and is a CFA charterholder. In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Corey Burr

Head, UI/UX

Corey leads User Interface and User Experience design at PeerIQ, focusing on usability, clean and intuitive design patterns, and design driven product development. Prior to PeerIQ, Corey led UI UX design initiatives at S&P Capital IQ and S&P Ratings Innovation Labs.

Corey has been a UI UX designer in the B2B and B2C FinTech spaces since graduating University of Pittsburgh in 2009, with a BA in Philosophy and a minor in Legal Studies.

Outside of Corey’s professional life, he has practiced various forms of martial arts for about 19 years; though today, he focuses more on yoga and meditation.

Brian Mason

Sr. Software Engineer

Brian is a senior, full-stack engineer at PeerIQ, where he works on feature development, automation, and optimization projects. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Brian was a Senior Software Developer at two data start-ups, Triller and Simple Reach, where he led efforts on ETL, data APIs, and AWS datastore optimization. Brian started his career at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, where he focused on geospatial applications and infrastructure for the US Navy.

Brian graduated with both an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from John Hopkins University. He later completed a second M.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.

Jianguo Xiao

Quant Strategies

Jianguo is passionate about mathematical modeling, machine learning and big data. As part of the Quantitative Strategies team, Jianguo supports the team’s effort in credit modeling, including optimizing the existing models as well as developing new ones.

Jianguo earned his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. While at USTC, Jianguo was part of the university badminton team. After coming to the US, he also picked up some new hobbies, like fishing and hiking.

Barry Ickow

Sr. Software Engineer

Barry is a backend Senior Software Engineer at PeerIQ, currently focusing on ETL processes. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Barry was an independent consultant building data engineering software for several startups. Before that, he worked as a Quantitative Associate at Nomura Global Alpha, a macro fixed income hedge fund, where he built software to compute and display the fund’s performance and risk attribution. Prior to Nomura Global Alpha, Barry worked as a fixed income risk methodologies analyst at BlackRock, where he enhanced the accuracy of and extended the firm’s credit spread risk models.

Barry earned an M.S. in Mathematics in Finance from NYU and graduated summa cum laude with B.A. degrees in both Mathematics and Economics from Rutgers University. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, as well playing the drums and guitar.

Melanie Fetner

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Melanie is Executive Assistant to our CEO, Ram Ahluwalia. In addition to supporting Ram, Melanie manages a host of other critical functions, including supporting our finance and legal teams, managing the office, overseeing special projects, and planning company events and team building initiatives.

Prior to PeerIQ, Melanie worked for a marketing technology firm after earning her B.A. in Communications from George Washington University in 2012.

Bryan Bonnet

Sr. Software Engineer

Bryan is a full-stack Senior Software Engineer at PeerIQ, currently focusing on the PeerIQ analytics platform. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Bryan was a technical co-founder of a digital health startup. Prior to that, he worked as a research assistant at Stevens Institute of Technology focusing on developing optimization and data visualization techniques. He has published work in top journals and conferences in the data community.

Bryan earned his B.E. in Computer Engineering and M.Eng. in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys reading, running, and dancing.

Lulu Cheng

Sr. Software Engineer

Lulu is a Senior Software Engineer at PeerIQ working on data processing. Prior to joining, she worked at McGraw Hill Education as data analyst building ETL pipelines and business application for global operation reporting and analytics. She worked in various industries prototyping enterprise solutions for report automation, building data visualization and statistical models to support business decisions.

She’s a candidate of MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, specializing in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Previously, she holds MA in Economics from Syracuse University and BA in Political Science from National Chengchi University. In her free time, she loves reading and building smart home gadgets.

Alex Alvarez

Sr. Software Engineer

Alex is a senior fullstack developer working on feature development for the analytics platform. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Alex worked at Goldman Sachs developing a suite of cyber intelligence applications, and loves enriching his knowledge in all things web, functional programming and dev-ops.

Alex earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. In his free time he enjoys playing esoteric sports (Ultimate Frisbee, Squash, Table Tennis, to name a few), cooking and traveling.

Karina Uribe

Sr. Analyst, Data Insights

As part of PeerIQ’s data team, Karina develops and enhances data onboarding processes, new data offerings, and client deliverables. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Karina was a data software engineer and analyst at Data Capital Management, LLC, a multi-strategy, fully-systematic hedge fund built on large and novel data feeds. Karina also brings rich accounting and treasury experience, having previously held accounting and finance roles in both the manufacturing and real estate sectors.

Karina graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Business Administration (and Finance Minor) from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Roy Weiss

Sr. Analyst, Data Insights

As a Senior Analyst, Roy develops data product offerings and supports data scaling initiatives. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Roy started his career within BlackRock’s Aladdin Business, supporting client relationships and onboardings, with a focus on analytics and risk management.

Roy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, earning a dual-degree in Economics and Applied Computer Science. He enjoys traveling, playing table tennis, discovering new music, and watching the latest Netflix series.

Mike Wohl

Product Manager

As a Product Manager, Mike leads cross-functional teams for major platform builds and new features. He brings a wealth of product experience from his time at Cambridge Associates, the investment consulting firm, where he led the development of data and workflow applications.

Mike earned his BA from George Washington University, where he double-majored in Economics and Political Science. Originally from Palo Alto, Mike is an avid skier, enjoys pet coding projects, and follows the fortunes of the 49ers, Giants, and Warriors.

Vanessa Schept

HR Manager

As HR Manager, Vanessa executes a wide range of recruiting and talent initiatives, including candidate outreach, superday planning, and new hire onboarding.

Prior to PeerIQ, Vanessa worked as an Assistant Buyer for the Neiman Marcus Group, working in the online divisions of Neiman and Bergdorf Goodman. While working at Bergdorf Goodman, Vanessa co-managed a $60 million annual designer business.

Vanessa graduated from Georgetown University in 2013, earning a B.S. from the McDonough School of Business in International Business and Marketing.

Huayong Zhou

Quantitative Engineer

Huayong is a quantitative engineer at PeerIQ, working across both our quant and engineering teams to build out our heavy-computation and modeling infrastructure. He also works closely with risk model logic and integrating it into our core platform. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Huayong was a quantitative risk modeler at JP Morgan, where he focused on developing machine learning algorithms to model consumer and mortgage credit risk.

Huayong earned his Ph.D in Economics and M.A. in Applied Mathematics at Clemson University. He holds a B.S. in Geophysics from Peking University. He’s a movie buff and avid tinkerer, who enjoys understanding and fixing items around his apartment, from cell phones to bicycles.

Yishu Song

Quant Strategies

Yishu is an Associate on the Quantitative Strategies team, working on existing model optimization and quantitative research efforts. He also works on testing and incorporating advanced techniques for PeerIQ’s latest modeling efforts, drawing on his extensive machine learning and statistical background.

Yishu joins PeerIQ after completing his PhD in probability theory and stochastic processes at University of Miami: his thesis investigated the large-scale evolution of certain ecological systems. He also holds a BS in applied mathematics from Zhengzhou University of China, graduating with honors and winning First Prize in a collegiate math competition across Henan Province, China. A nature-lover getting better at camping, he is also a weightlifting enthusiast aiming to break into “1,000-pound club.”

Andrei Tapai

Software Engineer

Andrei optimizes PeerIQ’s database ETL processes and automation tools for reporting solutions. Prior to PeerIQ, Andrei interned at Mindshare where he similarly worked with data, developing an application for weather data retrieval.

Andrei graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Computer Science in 2015. His interests within computer science include database systems, language design/ compiler construction, and artificial intelligence. In his free time, Andrei is also a fencer having competed at both national and international levels and for Columbia’s champion Division 1 varsity team.

Jason Sullivan

Software Engineer

Jason is a full stack engineer at PeerIQ, where he works on deploying quantitative applications, including credit facility, valuation, and bond structuring. Before PeerIQ, Jason was a quantitative trader with FNY Capital, focusing on the development of quantitative trading strategies for domestic equities. Prior to that, he was an Associate on the Investment Management team at Rialto Capital, where he analyzed and traded high-yield commercial mortgage-backed securities. Before Rialto, Jason was a junior trader of high-yield and investment-grade credit derivatives as a part of the Global Markets Analyst program at Nomura Securities.

Jason graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Cognitive Science. In his free time, he enjoys continuing education, indoor climbing, and squash.

Franklin Chou

Software Engineer

Franklin is a full stack software engineer currently focused on modeling data relationships in PeerIQ's application backend. Prior to joining PeerIQ, Franklin served as a judicial clerk at the New Jersey trial court level. There, he helped implement state-wide bail reform which removed cash bail in favor of data-driven release determinations.

Previously, Franklin served as the technical lead for an automotive components analytics company, with stints developing machine learning algorithms at both Bayer Pharmaceuticals and The Madison Square Garden Company.

Franklin received his B.A. from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (University Scholar) and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano, running and eschewing the Oxford comma.

Rienzi Gokea

Software Engineer

Rienzi is a software engineer helping to design core systems. Prior to PeerIQ, Rienzi led his own freelance software company, Energize Labs, where he built and launched a number of video games.

Rienzi graduated from Columbia University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2016. He loves building, making and creating things, and enjoys programming (which he feels is just building things on a computer) just as much as making physical projects. He is interested in how digital and physical systems interact in robotics, engineering, and artificial intelligence. In his free time he likes playing and developing video games, and is also a competitive athlete in the sport of fencing, having competed at both national and international levels as well as for Columbia’s champion Division 1 championship varsity team.

Nate Aiken

Product Manager

Nate is a product manager at PeerIQ, where he leads the build of major platform features, with a focus on structuring, credit facility management, and other liability-side tools. Prior to PeerIQ, Nate was an Associate at BlackRock Solutions, Client Analytics Group, where he worked across investment, risk, and client-facing teams to understand client needs and develop appropriate analytical toolsets.

Nate earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Tufts University and is a CFA charterholder. Nate runs with the New York Road Runners Club and enjoys outdoors activities of all kinds.

Ross Cohen

Software Engineer

As a part of the data engineering team, Ross is dedicated to streamlining the the data onboarding process and generating new insights. Ross comes to PeerIQ after receiving his Master’s degree in applied physics. His research involved the analysis of many disparate sources of data, furthering the understanding the Van Allen Belt in the Earth’s magnetosphere. He looks forward to bringing this data experience and his problem solving skills to PeerIQ.

Ross received his MS and a BS dual degree in applied physics and computer science from New Jersey Institute of Technology. In his spare time, Ross enjoys building model kits, riding his bike, and playing the piano.

Jun Kui Chen

Data Insights Analyst

As part of PeerIQ’s data insights team, Jun manages data onboardings, codes ingestion rules, and executes specific client deliverables. Prior to PeerIQ, he interned at a data science consulting firm, where he worked extensively in SQL, Python, Hadoop and Spark for data processing and analysis.

Jun recently graduated from Columbia University, where he earned his Ph.D. in Cellular, Molecular and Biomedical Studies. He also earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Hunter College. When not working with large data sets, Jun enjoys reading and hiking.

Harmandeep Singh

DevOps Engineer

Harman is a DevOps Engineer at PeerIQ, responsible for optimizing platform performance and managing our back-end systems. Before PeerIQ, Harman was a Devops Engineer at Societe Generale Corporate Investment Bank, where he focused on low latency and high frequency trading technologies.

Harman earned his M.Sc. in Computer Science from NYU. For fun, Harman enjoys learning about new automation tools and technologies, traveling and exploring new restaurants.

Matt Wojcieszek

Software Engineer

Matt is a full-stack Software Engineer at PeerIQ, where he focuses on developing and extending PeerIQ's core analytics platform. A recent graduate, who cofounded a social networking app in college, Matt enjoys tackling problems where local actions produce global results, ranging from algorithmic game theory to network security.

Matt earned his B.S.E. in Networked and Social Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. In his spare time, he enjoys chess, soccer, snowboarding and dancing tango.
